Companies can also earn a THG bonus for eligible battery-electric vehicles registered in Germany. A flat-rate electricity quantity can be certified and marketed once per vehicle and calendar year.

Can my company claim the THG bonus?
Yes, for eligible battery-electric vehicles registered in Germany. Your company must be the registered keeper or have the necessary authorisation. The quota must still be available for the relevant calendar year. We check the documents and eligibility with you.
Does this also work for leased company cars?
Leasing does not automatically exclude a vehicle. The registered keeper and the terms of the leasing contract matter. Check who may assign the quota and whether it has already been assigned for that year. Employees who only drive the car cannot automatically claim it themselves.
Which vehicle classes are supported?
Eligible battery-electric vehicles in classes M1, N1, N2, N3 and M3 can qualify. Select the class in the bonus overview to compare the current amounts. Check field J of the registration certificate. Hybrids and plug-in hybrids are excluded.
Which documents does my company need?
Have a current, legible vehicle registration certificate (part I) ready for every vehicle, along with your company, contact and payment details. We tell you which additional documents or authorisations are needed and guide you through the process.
How much will we receive, and when?
The amount depends on the quota year, vehicle class and payout option. The overview automatically loads current amounts for the selected class as initial guidance. Payout periods are dated separately. We confirm availability and the conditions for your fleet in your individual offer.
Can we also claim electricity from our charging points?
Eligible electricity supplied at public charging points can be marketed separately from vehicle quotas. Public accessibility, registration and proof of electricity supplied are relevant. Private employee-only charging points do not automatically qualify. Contact us so we can review your charging points and the required evidence.
