Fabian had the idea for StromNow when he experienced many charging problems as an electric car driver. Frustrated by confusing and unreliable charging apps as well as inefficient routes, he founded StromNow — a platform that enables seamless, price-optimized charging at home and on the go with intelligent routing.
Fabian was already enthusiastic about technology as a teenager, began as a software developer at 14 and founded a web design agency at 16. Other small startup/app projects followed, which achieved a total of over 250,000 downloads. During his studies and after buying his first electric car, he finally developed the idea for StromNow. At the beginning of 2024, he published the MVP, which forms the basis for today's platform and has been continuously developed ever since.
StromNow secures 250,000 euros in pre-seed financing. The startup will use the capital to further develop its platform for easier charging of electric cars and to expand the charging infrastructure in Germany.
